I drove for Lyft ($442.28)Uber ($270.72)&Postmates ($142.47) in 2019. I made less than $600 for each of them and did not receive a 1099 for any of them. Do I file them?

If that was all the income you received in 2019 you do not want to use the expensive Self-Employed software.
If you qualify to use it, there is another full-featured free version of the software:
Try Free File:
You qualify if your income was $36,000 or less, or $69,000 or less if active duty military, or if you qualify for Earned Income Credit
