Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Maybe you upgraded to a higher version or added another service? Or did you get an email to pay but the fees are supposed to come out of your refund?

If you got a email to pay.....
Turbo Tax needs to get paid in a certain amount of time. You had to agree to it. You still need to pay the Turbo Tax fees.

Get your taxes done using TurboTax
First, please indicate here exactly what you purchased originally and how much you paid. Did you purchase an Online TurboTax return (website version), or did you purchase desktop software (CD/download) to install on your computer but then used the Online TurboTax website by mistake?
You appear to be using Online Self-Employed Edition. That product is $120 for a Federal return and $50 for a state return (if applicable). If you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional $40 service fee ($45 for California filers.)
If you paid for Online TurboTax originally, did you start and pay in a lower edition then upgraded to Self-Employed Edition after paying? Or did you originally only pay for a Federal return and have now added a state return? Or did you add on any option such as MAX Benefits (audit defense, identity protection, etc.)
Check your fees this way:
- Open your return and in the left menu column click on TAX TOOLS then TOOLS.
- In the Tools window choose MY FEES.
- What products, services, fees are shown there?
