If you received your refund through direct deposit, then your stimulus check will be sent to the same account that you used for the refund.  The use of the refund transfer service will not affect your stimulus payment. 

If you received your refund via check you will receive a check.

If you received your refund on a debit card such as the Turbo Card, we are still awaiting guidance regarding how the IRS will handle these customers.

We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these types of accounts (Turbo and other debit cards) .

We will have more information once the government finalizes the details.

So now we got this card not sure when we will receive our payment and we are in panic here.  Why would we not receive direct deposit when that's what we used. Pissed not sure if I understand

The IRS is sending stimulus payments to eligible taxpayers who filed a tax return in either 2019 or 2018 and chose direct deposit, and is depositing some stimulus payments onto prepaid debit cards for filers that chose to receive their refund through that method.

For the majority of prepaid debit card holders there is nothing more to do as the stimulus payment will be deposited to their account.
