The statement you quoted is for TurboTax help and is available to anyone who is not using Free Edition. That is for a "TurboTax specialist." That is not the same as TurboTax Live, however; i.e., the CPA/EA on-demand tax help during return preparation and a return review prior to filing.
Have you already paid? If not, you can remove TurboTax Live prior to doing so.
