Thanks for the reply.  I wasn’t able to use TT last year, but I knew that you could contact a CPA for an extra fee.  This year I did not see where it cost anything extra.  It made me think it was now included in the price.  I did use the help feature but it never said when I started a chat that it would cost extra. 

I saw this in Help:  “TurboTax Help and Support: Access to a TurboTax specialist is included with TurboTax Deluxe, Premier, Self-Employed and TurboTax Live; not included with Free Edition (but is available as an upgrade).”

I’ve used TT for years (except last year) and I’ve never heard of TurboTax Live or wasn’t aware of it.  At any rate, it should have notified me when I clicked on Live Help that there would be an additional fee. 

Also, in all the years I’ve been using TT, I have never been able to use a coupon for one reason or the other.  It’s almost like they don’t want to give me a break in the price! 

Just putting a page up front of how the pricing is for each edition along with the extra costs when you first sign in would be succinct and helpful!!
