No, the stimulus payment will not be loaded to your TurboTax card.

It will be paid by check or by direct deposit to your bank account.

In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.

You have a couple of options to get your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) for 2018 to electronically file your return.

1)  You can either log into TurboTax if you used the software in the past and log in to obtain the returns.

Accessing prior year returns in TurboTax

2)  The other option is to order copies or transcripts from the IRS.

Requesting copies of prior returns from the IRS

If you are unable to get your 2018 AGI from the methods above, you always have the option of mailing your return in.

As far as the stimulus payments, the IRS is currently developing a portal for taxpayer's to update their banking information to the IRS online.

Please check the following links frequently for updates on any releases of the portal so you can update your information accordingly.
