I have two 1099Rs. Both from my ESOP Trust through my company. Can I put these two amounts under other Situations to lower my taxes as ESOP Dividends.
One of the 1099Rs was for stock dividends paid and the other was for the sale of stock.

You say that one 1099-R was for stock dividends paid, so those may be reported as ESOP dividends.
Clearly the other 1099-R is simply reporting a distribution out of the ESOP and cannot.
