Do I need to file taxes despite an expired visa and no income to report for 2019?

I left the US permanently mid-2018 when my OPT period ended. I filed taxes for 2018 last year, but do I have to file taxes for 2019 despite not being in the country nor receiving an income, since I still have a SSN? Thanks in advance 🙂
