If you have not already Efiled and been Accepted, you can open your return to change an EIN.

Depending what document you need to change the EIN for (W-2, 1099-R, etc.) type the document name in the Search area (w2, for example), then click on Jump to w2.

Edit your entry and change the EIN number.  Continue to the end of the section, until you see a Summary page.

If this is your Personal EIN number for your Business, change it in the Self Employment section.  Edit your Business and Continue to the EIN entry screen.
