Why is it telling me that I can't efile one or more formsets?

This error normally appears when there are forms in your returns that are not ready for e-filing.  You might try restarting the review and then filing steps and take note of any messages about forms not ready.  You could also continue the filing process and try just e-filing the Federal returns. You of course would then need to check back later to complete the e-filing of you state returns or print and mail them if you wish.

Please help.... I keep getting this message, it wont let me just file federal... I am at a complete loss...

been trying to file for days

Is there a number to call??

It depends.

 

Log back into your return.  You will a button that says Fix My return.  

 

Once you select that button, the program will walk you through the steps or ask for the information needed to fix your return.

How to fix a rejected return 

 

Many times, the error might have to do with entering your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) from 2018.  Please see the following for instructions on getting your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).

The forms may not be ready in TurboTax.  Log out of your account and clear the cache and cookies in your browser.  Then log back in and go through the review steps again.  Its possibly you are trying to file forms not ready in TurboTax.

It says access denied on on the link to solve this problem. I’m having the same issues when I try and efile. It’s saying I have one or more formsets. How do I fix this issue?
