Where do I enter last year’s federal tax refund info?

You do not enter your last year's federal tax refund on your 2019 taxes.  They are not taxable nor reportable.

You are asked for the 2018 AGI in the FILE section of the software.  You do not actually enter it on your Form 1040.

Get your taxes done using TurboTax

You enter that information right before you submit your return.   Go through the FILE menu (on the left menu if using TurboTax Online) and after you choose E-file, you will be ask to verify your return by providing either last year's AGI OR your self-select pin you used the previous year.    You only need ONE of those numbers, not both.     @vms8
