If you chose to have your fess debited from your refund and you mail in your return, TurboTax will get their fees when the refund is sent. You will be able to print and mail your return in since you checked to have your fees debited from the refund.
If the IRS rejects your paper return, you will need to refile. At some point TurboTax will send you a bill for the tax preparation services if they do not receive them from your refund in a set time.
