It depends, but since you work and pay for rent and other living expenses, your mom probably cannot claim you as a dependent.
If you are age 19 or older and not a full-time student, your mom can claim you as a dependent if:
- Your gross income is less than $4,200 for the year
- Your Mom provides more than half of your total support
