Let's work on getting you a refund, verify the program working and you can amend your return for free. There are several steps here.

1. You need to contact us by phone if you want a refund. Please fill this out for someone to call you or give us a call at (800) 446-8848.
2. When you contact us, please let someone know that you have been asked for a token of your return for investigation. Explain your issue.
3. Amend your return once the finances settle. Here is a link to file an amended return
