I've been trying to file my federal and NY state taxes and the turbo Tax windows desktop software shows I do not have the following forms yet.
8889-T
&
IT-201
I click on "Online: then "Check For Updates" and it says "Your software is up to date."
But according to this link: https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotax_fed_windows_individual.htm...
It shows that the form 8889 is already available.
Here is the following information from my software.
Components:
TurboTax.exe 2019.41.11.194
The versions I currently have is:

WinPerTaxSupport 019.000.0115
