Can I get a refund for the turbo tax fee that was charged to my account, if I feel that it is unfair?
I feel that your tax fee was unfair since I intended to file for free. Your program forced me into an upgrade to premier because I had to report a very small amount on a 1099 B form.
While it is true that you were required to upgrade to a higher platform to include your 1099-B, you were not required to file the return. Knowing the amount you were charged, you chose to file anyway.
