Your downloads and your account information are available on the downloads page.
- Click on Products & Pricing, on the top center.
- Select Access my downloads from the drop down list.
- Log in and you should see your downloads.
Billing information is available on that page as well. If that doesn't work, use the contact information to call or message an agent.
