Try this -  Access My Downloads

Where can I locate the my account page with billing information from my TTO account? I used to be able to find it in the bottom left hand corner under Intuit Account, but I no longer see it.  Where can I find it without using that link?

Your downloads and your account information are available on the downloads page.

1. Click on Products & Pricing, on the top center.
2. Select Access my downloads from the drop down list.
3. Log in and you should see your downloads.

Billing information is available on that page as well. If that doesn't work, use the contact information to call or message an agent.

The  "enter code" showed up at the end, after my taxes were done, on the page asking for my credit card info.  Look for it a little lower and left of center page.

I'm new and having getting started with the tax preparations.  All I am seeing are the questions page?
