I have a w-2 that I dont believe I will receive in time to complete my taxes. Is there another way I can file my taxes without the w-2?

What do you mean "in time"? The filing deadline is April 15, 2020.

A tax return that has taxes owed does not have to be filed until on or before April 15, 2020. If filing for a tax refund you can file the 2019 tax return at any time up through April 15, 2023.

Employer are required to provide a 2019 W-2 by January 31, 2020.
