Do you mean you expected it to be there when you started your return? We do sometimes see users who think their W-2's will magically be on their returns without doing anything to get them there. It does not work that way. Either you key it in yourself, import it, or snap a photo of it if you have the mobile app.

Employers have until January 31 to issue your W-2. Make sure your employer knows your correct address to send it to you.
