I've logged in the same and it goes through the "transferring process" but zero information is transferred. I've tried it with both the pdf tax return and intuits own data file. neither worked in that zero information was transferred even though it says transfer was done. when it says transfer was done, it shows a screen of the info transferred and its blank? any idea what i'm doing wrong?
