Do i have to file with my ex husband
I wad wondering if i had to file with my efx husband since we're didn't officially become divorced until July 12, 2019

No. If you were divorced by Dec. 31 you file as Single or Head of Household if you have a dependent and qualify.
If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year. Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version

Your filing status for your tax return is determined by your marital status on December 31 of the tax year. Since you were divorced before that date, you do not have to file your tax return with your ex-husband. You would file your taxes as either single or Head of Household, if you qualify.
