If by "this year" you mean the child was born in 2020, then you have absolutely nothing to claim or report on your 2019 tax return concerning the newborn.
When entering the dependent information "PAY ATTENTION" to the small print on each screen. It tells you that if the child was born in 2019 that you *MUST* indicate the child lived with you the whole year. Anything less, and the child is not your dependent.
