But before you call ... REVIEW the entire return to see what is happening ... the new rules on Sch A deductions made it so many will no longer be able to itemize deductions ... you can force the itemized deduction option and look at the sch A ...
If it's giving you the Standard Deduction and not showing you Schedule A you can check the actual amount of itemized deductions by using by going to
Tax Tools on left
Tools - Topic Search (top left box)
Type in itemized deductions, choosing. It should highlight that in the list, click on GO
Then Click on "Change my deduction". That will display the actual amount of itemized deductions vs. the standard deduction. (Be sure to uncheck "Change my deduction" after checking it so you do not lock in the wrong deduction.

This year deductions are changing and several will be limited. There is a max 10,000 limit of State, local, property, and sales tax (SALT) deduction. And employee job expenses have been suspended. You can only deduct Medical/Dental that's over 7.5% of your AGI.

is line 17 of schedule A $32,000? some itemized deductions are limited - medical only the excess over 7.%% of adjusted gross income is allowed. mortgage interest can be limited. taxes are only allowed up to $10,000. contributions can be limited. no more deductions for items subject to 2% AGI limit
there may be one other place to look - on the info wks, in Part VI there is a box that can be checked that says take the standard deduction even if larger than itemized. this is available for the desktop version of TT software. I have been informed recently that some of the online versions do not have the same options as the desktop version so it it's not there don't worry
we can not see your return , so if you can't figure it you'll have to contact support
