What do you mean find them ?   Is the account lost ?   Or are you referring to the refund ?   And the fee you paid was for the used of the DIY program to complete a return that could be filed.  TT is not a professional income tax preparer and cannot intervene with the feds or state on your behalf.

So ... is the refund missing ?

First -- verify that your returns have been filed and accepted --  then check the fed & state web sites to see where you are in the process-

Check Your E-File Status on this Secure TurboTax website
https://turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

- It will show the date you transmitted your return and if it was accepted or rejected.
- Both your Federal and State will be listed separately if you filed both.
- It will tell you when you E-filed
- The electronic filing date

See the following TurboTax support article on checking your e-file status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908859-how-do-i-look-up-the-status-of-my-e-filed-return

For the Feds:

http://www.irs.gov/Refunds/Where's-My-Refund-It's-Quick,-Easy,-and-Secure.

For the  state :

 https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

If the return has been processing for more than 21 days you can call the IRS.....

Call the IRS:  1-800-829-1040  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday

When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.

So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info).  Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.

Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".

Then press 3 "for all other questions."

Then press 2 "for all other questions."  It should then transfer you to an agent.

Or you can contact your local IRS office.  See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1

If it's been more than 90 days since the return was accepted  then you can ask for help from the Tax Payer Advocate office:

At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate.

http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-a-Local-Taxpayer-Advocate

If you are unsuccessful with the Taxpayer Advocate for your area, you can also try the special IRS phone number for the Taxpayer Advocate Service at 877-777-4778.

You did my taxes! You filed my return! Now your basically are saying you cannot help?? Bad business!

@terimail6 TurboTax provided the software for you to prepare a do-it-yourself tax return.  TurboTax did not file your tax return----YOU filed your own tax return if you e-filed it by clicking a big orange button that said "Transmit my return" or if you put it in an envelope and mailed it.  TurboTax is not a CPA firm.  TurboTax does not/cannot legally intercede with the IRS for you.  The IRS tells TurboTax NOTHING after your tax return is filed.  You have been given the information to seek answers about the status of your refund.  it is up to you to do so.

TurboTax does not file your tax return for you.  You have to e-file it yourself by going through the FILE section and clicking that big orange button that says "Transmit my return now."  If you did not do that then your tax return was not filed.  The other way to file it is to print it, sign it and mail it yourself.  TurboTax does not mail it for you.

So sorry you are having trouble but you have posted in multiple thread and have been given competent responses in all of them.  Have you checked on the the IRS site to see what it says?  TurboTax CANNOT check for you.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901548-why-do-some-refunds-take-longer-than-others

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

Are you reading any of the replies? It's rare that I see someone so absolutely clueless who just wants to rant and not answer some questions that might actually allow people to help you (or apparently follow any of the excellent instructions that were given to you). And by posting here you're not going to get anyone from Turbotax to actually find your taxes, whatever that means.
