I had the same issue.  First it said there were 16 listed as my investment company. but only listed 1; then would not load my investment accounts.  I had to keep going BACK.  It told me to answer certain questions Yes/No - which I did, but would not log in my answer.  I've used TurboTax past 2 years & NEVER had these issues
