You can confirm that information by viewing your 1040. If line 61 of the Form 1040 has an “X”
then that means your health insurance information was entered correctly.
To view your Form 1040:
If completing your return Online:
Click on “My Account” > “Tools”
> “View Tax Summary” > “Preview my 1040”
If completing the
return on the CD/Download:
- Open your return
- Click on "Forms" in the upper right corner
(left if using Mac)
- all forms being used in the return will be located on
the left pane
- Scroll down until you see Form 1040
- Click on it and it will open in the center of screen
