How to fill taxes with L1 Visa as non-resident alien?

I've been transferred to the US with an L1 visa in september 2015. I wasn't able to file as married and claim for her and my two kids as dependents. I guess that is because I'm considered a non-resident alien.

So, two questions:

1- How should I file my taxes for 2015?

2- When can I start including my wife and kids as dependents to deduce them?

Thanks.

Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Without knowing more information, it is difficult to advise you.  My first recommendation is to obtain an ITIN from the IRS or plan on applying for one when you file your taxes for 2015.  Please follow this link for more information https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/General-ITIN-Information

Please review IRS Pub 519 for more information on your situation.  https://www.irs.gov/publications/p519/ch01.html

If you are a nonresident alien, the correct tax form for you is a 1040NR.  TurboTax does not support that form.
