Weird overpayment / penalty

I am ready to print my return.  The 1040 in Forms shows an overpayment to be fully refunded, but when I print it, it also shows an estimated tax penalty of $51, an amount to be applied to 2018 of $49, and an amount owed of $50.  None of those show up in the program, and there is nothing about an amount owed or penalty on the filing instruction sheet. I’m not sure how to get rid of them. Do you know how to get rid of them?

The numbers 49, 50 and 51 are not dollar amounts but are line numbers on form 1040. The line numbers are repeated on the right of each line for easy reading.

Thanks for the quick, helpful response. But those numbers are very confusing, even for an experienced CPA like me.
