Do I file a $2000 escrow check that I received, on my taxes?

Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Typically, an escrow check would be received when the account is reconciled once per year to determine if the proper amount was paid to the account throughout the year.  If that is the case with your escrow check, then you do not include it as part of your tax return.
