My on line version of Turbo Tax is locking up and I cannot complete my taxes.

Have you tried clearing your browser history/cache recently? A full or corrupted cache can cause various problems in TurboTax, so its a good idea clear your cache periodically and then try logging back into TurboTax to see if that resolved the issue.
