What happens?  Try rebooting your computer and updating again.

Tried that several times.

Has it ever updated?  Maybe there isn't another update yet.  Try the manual update

If you are using the online version the most up to date version is opened every time you log in. The program will have many more updates from now until March.

@mckown_1 are you using a windows or mac version?
