My wife's employer W2 shows name, payroll dept, City, State Zip - but NO street address!! When go to e-file, it is telling me that Street Address MUST be entered ????

Yes, you need to enter something for the address to continue. You can just put Business Services Building since they really don't have a street address per their contact us link here: http://busfin.uga.edu/payroll/payroll_contact_us/
