Neither 2017 TT for business or 2017 TT premier complete installation. CD loads files and then nothing happens. Task mgr shows no applications running.
Be sure your Firewall and Security Programs are turned off when you load. I had the same problem untill I turned them off. Once TT is loaded, be sure to turn them back on>
