However, if you wish to file an extension Form 4868 in TurboTax program, you
will not be able to e-file without a US address. However, you can use any of the following options to do so.

Make a payment to the IRS and select Form 4868 as the payment type.

Download and print Form 4868,
fill it out, and get it postmarked before midnight April 18. Payment
and mailing instructions are on pages 3 and 4 of your printout.
You cannot e-file, but print out the Form 4686
and hand-write your foreign address in the appropriate space.
