Based on the information you have given us, you cannot take her as a dependent.
You cannot claim her as a qualifying child because she is 19 or over (unless she is full-time in college which I doubt), and you cannot claim her as a qualifying relative because her income is more than $4,050 per year.
Furthermore, it appears unlikely that you provided more than half her support.
