You can view your order's by doing this:

Sign in here with your TurboTax User ID and Password.
- Click Taxes in the upper left corner (under the logo) to open your Tax Timeline.
- In the 2016 Tax Year section (you may need to scroll down), click View order details.
For this year's CD or download purchases, sign in to your Desktop account to retrieve order details.
You can also look through your email inbox for an order confirmation email with the subject line Your TurboTax Payment Confirmation. This will have your order details.
