If you entered your 1099-SA form, the distribution would flow to the Form 8889, part II, lines 14-16. Look for this form with your printed/saved return.
If you find that you forgot to enter the form, you can amend the return to include it. . However, wait until the original return is fully
processed. If you had a refund/tax payment due wait until you receive the
refund or the payment is processed.
