You appear to be using Live Basic. At least that is what is displayed next to your screen name above. That edition is like Free Edition with the add-on feature of live on-demand help from a CPA/EA during return preparation, and a final review of your return, which they sign.
Live Basic is currently discounted at 49.99 for Federal and 29.99 for State.
If you choose to pay those fees out of your Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California filers.)
