I received 95,000 in back child support approximately 10,000 is interest on the arrearage
where do I claim the interest paid on a lump sum payment of $95,000? There is approximately $10,000 in interest. I received the amount in cash and deposited it into my bank account. I had a judgement for the child support and I forgave any remaining interest amount owed me? All I have is a letter from friend of the court breaking down the arrearage amount vs interest. Both My ex and I signed off on the judgement.
