I received a 1099-C for debt discharged from bankruptcy and a Substitute 1098 for Motgage Interest Statement but in Box 1, it has .01. This was from bankruptcy also.

Get your taxes done using TurboTax
You need to enter both documents in your tax return. If you have already filed your tax return, you will need to file an amended return to include the information.
If you have not filed yet, Form 1099 C is added under the Less Common Income section in Turbo Tax
• Select Federal Taxes
• Select Wages and Income
• Scroll down to Less Common Income and select Start or Review
• Select Start next to Miscellaneous Income 1099A, 1099C and enter the information provided on your form
The Substitute Form 1098 is added to deductions and credits. If you are able to itemize deductions, this amount will be included with your itemized deductions.
Select Federal Taxes
Select Deductions and Credits
Scroll down and select Show More at Your Home
Select Start or Revisit at Mortgage Interest, Refinancing and Insurance
