You would enter the information where you would enter other interest.

To do so in TurboTax Free Edition, here are the steps :

1.  After sign into your account, select Take me to my return 

2.  Top right corner / in the search box- type in "1099int", then Enter

3.  Select :"Jump to 1099int"

4.  Go through the step-by-step interview questions.

Please note that 

1.) Enter the Institution ( Internal Revenue Service ) Name

2.) Enter your interest amount in Box 1
