Good Afternoon , I purchased the software to complete my 2015 taxes but selected 2016 . What can be done, will I need to purchase the software once more?

Get your taxes done using TurboTax
You can either use this online refund request form, and then make a new purchase for the correct product, or you can phone TurboTax Support and ask them for a resolution.

Where the form asks you what product you are using, in the dropdown menu be sure to choose "CD/download."
In the question line just enter "problem with order" without quotes.
