Is it still open on your laptop?

No, that was first thing my wife asked, I made sure I was logged off completely.

Make sure her Num Lock and Caps Lock buttons are off.  Is she able to log into TT at all?

What exactly does "will not work" mean? What happens when you try to log in on your wife's laptop? At what point do you have a problem? If you get an error message, what is the exact message?

Num and Caps are off, she cannot log onto TT yet I can go back to my laptop and no prob

If either one of us tries to log on to TurboTax from my wife's laptop we both get the message that says "Hmmm this is not working let's try again" and then we both walk over to my laptop and both of us can login on mine

Are you using the Online version or the Desktop CD/Download program?
