Take the following steps to get back into your state return after your federal has been accepted. 

• Sign into TurboTax Online
• Go to Taxes > My Tax Timeline.
• In the SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO section, click Add a state.
• Click on the State Taxes tab.
• Click Continue to start or complete your state taxes.
• Click Done with States.
• Near the top-right of your screen, click File.
• Proceed to file your state taxes
