I believe a was wrongly charged for an e-file of state tax (TN tax). I was charge for the e-file but nothing is filed - why was a charged for this?

I feel like a was tricked into an additional charge to e-file in TN, when in fact there is nothing to file.  For this reason I do not feel good about my choice to do my taxes with Turbo Tax.  Please help with this situation, as I feel cheated out of $36.99.

Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I am sorry that you were charged for the Tn. state return.  I am including the contact information for TurboTax customer service.  They will able to refund the charges for Tn. return.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
