I didn't use my 1095-A in my return. I only had coverage for 2 months. Will my refund be delayed?

I filed my return before I was able to access my 1095-A. I moved and wasn't able to get the paper copy, and only recently was able to access it online. I only had marketplace coverage for January and February, and had pregnancy medicaid April-December. I'm worried our return may now be delayed... filed on the 19th of January and it was accepted on the 21st. HELP.

Yes, probably.  If you had marketplace insurance at any point in the year, you need to include your 1095-A.  Since you did not include it, you will likely get a letter from the IRS stating they need form 8965 completed.  You can do this by visiting the Health Insurance section in TurboTax and entering your 1095A and printing it.  Do NOT amend your return. The IRS will make the necessary adjustments to your refund, once they receive your 1095-A. They will tell you where to send it.  As soon as you receive the letter, be sure to respond to them to decrease the time your refund will be delayed.  Do not do anything until you receive this letter.

I’m in a similar situation this year. Just curious how long it took you to get your refund once you sent in the 1095A?

possibly.  the IRS may eventually get around to sending you a letter to complete form 8962 and send in the 1095A with the form.      this is a situation other taxpayers have reported for 2019 when they failed to submit the 8962.
