1. I sold my car in 2017, where should i add this info? 2. My husband doesn't have a SSN, should i just skip this part at Personal info?
He also didn't have any income in US for 2017.

If you sold a car that was used for personal use only and sold it for less than you paid for it, you do not have to report this on your taxes. This is considered a sale of personal property and generally has no tax consequences.
