Looks like your upgrade into premier, or had to upgrade based on your specific tax situation.

I was charged for deluxe even though I only wanted free services !!!

 no recourse was available !

I noticed they have the option to switch to free mode in "tax tools" it says "switch to free version". I had started on free version and it automatically upgraded me for some reason as well.

They automatically charged me for Premium at $129, but switching to "Free Version" caused me to only have to be upgraded to "Deluxe" for $69. 

What a sneaky thing to do, and I'm sure I have just paid for it in past years.
