Yes, you do. Jury duty pay is placed on Line 21 on Form 21 under "Other Income". To enter this in TurboTax:

Sign in to TurboTax Online, click take
me to my return, then pick
up where I left off.
- Click
on Wages and Income, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Less Common Income

Several options will open up; click on Jury Pay.
